SEO is not necessarily that hard to understand, all you have to accomplish is be prepared to allocate the mandatory time and effort to understand the different SEO concepts, but on top of all, you'll need to help keep focus on your goal and not try to take some edu and gov backlinks easy shortcuts as these may be damaging to your ranking. But dont be discouraged, it is more easy that you believe to understand SEO on your own. You do not have to be an SEO specialist or expert. The first thing to accomplish is convince yourself that SEO is not hard. If others can do it, so are you able to! All it will take is the willingness to understand and the time to accomplish it.
